Degrees Available: Manhattan College is organized into five distinct undergraduate schools: Arts, Business, Education, Engineering, and Science, and offers Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Science degrees. The Liberal Arts Curricula, leading to the Degree of Bachelor of Arts, the Curricula in General Studies, leading to the Degree of Bachelor of Science (General Studies). The Science Curricula, leading to the Degree of Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science. Curricula in Chemical, Civil, Electrical, Environmental and Mechanical Engineering, leading to the Degree of Bachelor of Science in the appropriate specialty. The Business Curriculum, leading to the Degree of Bachelor of Science (Business Administration). Teacher Preparation Curricula in academic subjects, leading to the Degree of Bachelor of Arts (Education) or the Bachelor of Science (Education) in the appropriate specialty. Radiological and Health Sciences Curriculum, leading to the Degree of Bachelor of Science (Radiology and Health Sciences).

Forms of Credit Recognized:
The College will award credit based on the following measurements of noncollegiate learning: proficiency examinations (CLEP and ACE), formal noncollegiate coursework for which credit recommendations have been established by National PONSI, military experiences recommended for credit by ACE, and individualized assessment of prior learning through the Life Experience Credit Program.

Additional Information:
The Manhattan College Adult Degree Completion Program is a unique alternative to the traditional method of pursuing a college degree.
The program is designed to provide adult students a nontraditional opportunity to complete a baccalaureate degree for the advancement of their professional careers and for personal achievement.
The purpose is to prepare students for success in emerging global, corporate/industrial environments.
The program is offered in highly structured, modular format.
Each group proceeds as a cohort through a structured series of courses and experiences leading to a common completion within an accelerated period of approximately 23 months, one night per week.

Under "Degrees Available," the list of degree programs generally contains those  that are designed to accommodate working adults.

Under "Type of Institution," Comprehensive refers to an institution that offers both undergraduate and graduate degrees.
